ডেলিভারি নীতি
এই নীতিতে বলা আছে মেটামার্ট বাংলাদেশ কীভাবে আপনার অর্ডার পৌঁছে দেয়, কত খরচ ও কত সময় লাগে, এবং ডেলিভারির সময় আপনার করণীয় কী।
১. ডেলিভারির এলাকা
আমরা কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে সারা বাংলাদেশে ডেলিভারি দিই।
২. অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণ
অর্ডারের পর আমাদের প্রতিনিধি আপনার দেওয়া নম্বরে ফোন করে অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করবেন। ফোনে নিশ্চিত না হলে অর্ডার ডেলিভারির জন্য পাঠানো হবে না এবং বাতিল হতে পারে। তাই অর্ডারের সময় সঠিক ও সচল ফোন নম্বর দিন।
৩. ডেলিভারি চার্জ

কিছু অফারে ডেলিভারি ফ্রি থাকে (যেমন মোজার ২ বক্সের অফার)। যেখানে ডেলিভারি ফ্রি, সেই পণ্যের পেজে তা স্পষ্ট লেখা থাকে। চেকআউটে চূড়ান্ত চার্জ দেখানো হয়।
৪. আনুমানিক ডেলিভারি সময়

সময় অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর থেকে গণনা হয়। সরকারি ছুটি, প্রতিকূল আবহাওয়া, হরতাল বা কুরিয়ারের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরের কারণে সময় বেশি লাগতে পারে।
৫. কাঠের ফার্নিচার
কাঠের ফার্নিচার অর্ডার অনুযায়ী প্রস্তুত করে দেওয়া হয়, তাই পণ্য অনুযায়ী সময় লাগে। অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণের ফোনে আপনাকে নির্দিষ্ট সময় জানানো হবে।
৬. ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি ও পণ্য পরীক্ষা
পণ্য হাতে পেয়ে প্যাকেট খুলে দেখে টাকা পরিশোধ করুন। প্রাপ্ত পণ্য আপনার অর্ডারের সাথে মিলছে কি না, তা ডেলিভারির সময়ই যাচাই করে নিন।
৭. পণ্য বুঝে নেওয়ার পর সমস্যা হলে
কুরিয়ার থেকে পণ্য বুঝে নেওয়ার (রিসিভ করার) ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে কোনো সমস্যা জানাতে হবে। বিস্তারিত দেখুন রিটার্ন নীতিতে।
৮. ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হলে
ঠিকানা ভুল থাকলে, গ্রাহককে ফোনে না পাওয়া গেলে বা গ্রাহক পণ্য গ্রহণ না করলে ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হতে পারে। এ ক্ষেত্রে অর্ডার বাতিল হতে পারে এবং বারবার এমন হলে ভবিষ্যতে অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করা সীমিত হতে পারে।

Delivery Policy
This policy explains how Metamart Bangladesh delivers your order, how much it costs, how long it takes, and what you should do when the parcel arrives.
1. Coverage
We deliver nationwide across Bangladesh through courier partners.
2. Order confirmation
After you place an order, our representative will call you to confirm it. An order that is not confirmed by phone will not be dispatched and may be cancelled. Please provide a valid, reachable phone number.
3. Delivery charges

Some offers include free delivery (for example the 2-box socks offer). Where delivery is free, it is clearly stated on the product page. The final charge is shown at checkout.
4. Estimated delivery time

Timing is counted from order confirmation. Public holidays, severe weather, strikes or other events beyond the courier's control may cause delays.
5. Wooden furniture
Wooden furniture is made to order, so delivery time depends on the item. We will tell you the specific timeframe when we call to confirm your order.
6. Cash on Delivery and inspection
Pay after you receive the parcel, open it and inspect it. Please check at delivery that the item matches your order.
7. Problems after receiving the parcel
Any problem must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel from the courier. See our Return Policy for details.
8. Failed delivery
Delivery may fail if the address is incorrect, the customer cannot be reached or the customer refuses the parcel. In such cases the order may be cancelled, and repeated failed deliveries may limit our ability to confirm future orders.
